Abstract:
Introduction and Objectives: To identify and explain the semantic patterns of emotional education and strengthening emotional powers from the perspective of the Holy Quran and to provide a practical framework for educational and training systems.
Method: This method includes the steps of identifying, coding, and extracting themes from Quranic verses. Verses related to positive emotions (such as love, mercy, patience, gratitude, hope) and negative emotions (such as anger, envy, unhealthy fear, stinginess) have been examined
Findings: The research findings showed that of the total codings (300 codes), 40 percent (120 codes) are about what, 30 percent (90 codes) about why, and 30 percent (90 codes) about how to educate emotionally and strengthen emotional powers. The highest frequency belongs to the themes of the nature of emotional education (40 codes), the principles of emotional education (35 codes), and the methods of cultivating emotions (30 codes), which shows that
A three-dimensional model (cognitive, behavioral, spiritual) based on the principles of monotheism, balance, and comprehensiveness was also presented.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the essence of emotional education in the Holy Quran includes a comprehensive process that, through cultivating positive emotions and controlling negative emotions, improves human relationships, spiritual growth, and reduces emotional challenges, ultimately leading humans to emotional balance and closeness to God
