Abstract:
Organizational communication based on conventional management is rooted in humanistic and materialistic assumptions and principles that are incompatible with Islamic teachings. Therefore, this study seeks to explain the pattern of mutual communication between managers and employees in the organization, emphasizing the teachings of the Holy Quran. The method of this descriptive-analytical research is based on the Quranic interrogation of Martyr Sadr, which is a systematic method for discovering Quranic theories on various subjects and is based on active reflection and questioning of the Quran (interrogation). The findings of the study show that managers and employees have mutual and multi-directional communication. Managers' communication with employees is carried out through the achievement of goals, introducing prominent and elite figures, communicating the organization's orders, creating motivation, empowering and evaluating employee performance. In contrast, employee communication with managers is achieved by obeying the organization's regulations, doing the right and proper job, applying knowledge and ability, taking responsibility and accountability, and supporting and supporting the organization's programs.
