Abstract
Some scholars argue that the concept of "culture" is one of the most difficult and yet most important concepts of the human sciences. This concept has undergone many changes in the West, and it is still a source of ambiguity, and based on various principles and historical contexts, it has several interpretations. Given the importance of this concept in the religious literature of the Islamic Republic, considerable attention should be given to it. Therefore, explaining the development process of the concept of culture in France, Germany, Great Britain and Russia, this paper, through a historical method, seeks to modify the concept of culture within the context of transcendental philosophy which is regarded as the theoretical basis of the Islamic Revolution and its leaders' view. This task has been accomplished on the basis of a rational argument. According to this viewpoint, through their unity collectively with the degrees of existence and manifesting these meanings in their behaviors and decorum, people create the culture which represents a retrograde step of meaning to common understanding and shared behaviors and social actions.

Abstract
The strong relationship between religion and culture specially the decisive role of religious teachings in the development of culture, highlights the necessity of studying the systematic influence of these teachings on cultural policy-making. Elucidating the complex topic of cultural policy-making, this paper introduces and analyzes three levels of the influence which Islamic doctrines have on policy-making. In the first level, religious teachings help policy-making in the stage of evaluation and choosing a strategy from the available suggestions and options. In the second level, religious doctrines which represent a valuable repository of knowledge are referred to as a source for selection and policy-making. In the third level, which is the deepest level in this model, the issue is analyzed basically on the basis of religious doctrines so that policy-makers may spend their time and money on more important matters. Finally, it is suggested that the institutions in charge of cultural policy-making specially the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution compare their present strategy process with this three-level model, and, if necessary, promote the level of applying religious doctrines.

Abstract
The theory of Habermas is all-embracing and multi-dimensional. In fact this theory is a supplementary version to the theories of contemporary classical scholars. He has included the ideas of many sociologists into his theory. Also, the trace of many theoreticians, philosophers, and psychologists are detected in Habermas’ thoughts. A study of Habermas’s books and articles and the works which have written about this famous great sociologist shows that the main concepts of his theories are based on the views of some classical scholars, such as Max Weber, Emil Durrheim, Carle Marks, Frankfurt school and critical School. This paper deals with the way Habermas makes use of Weber and Marks’s theories and finally it sheds light on his integrative theory.
Key words: eclectic theory, Habermas, Frankfurt School, critical school.

Most companies takes into regard such things, like morals, culture, values and spirit of easy life in order to achieve their economic goals. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the various aspects of marketing from a fiqhi view point. Using a descriptive-analytical method and defining the concept of creating false needs and its position in the paradigms of consumer behavior and in marketing and socio-cultural work, this paper seeks to investigate and set the key criteria of Islamic law by resting on the fatwas of religious authorities and traditions of the infallible. Abstract
In this survey 339 pre-university students were chosen from the city of Shiraz to examine the effect of parents' economic-social status on the level and aspects of the piety of their children.
The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were measured by face validity and Cronbach's alpha (0.71). The analysis of the findings shows that the respondents differ in the extent of their piety regarding the aspects of religious beliefs, faith, morality, worship and religious obligations. There is a meaningful relationship between parents' educational standard and their children's piety. When parents' income rises, the level of their children's piety falls. The kind of piety of children differs according to the different socio-economic status of their parents. In other words, at every level of socio-economic status, a particular aspect of piety is dominant; the higher the parents' socio-economic status, the lower the level of children’s piety.
