Philosophical concepts, such as the concept of justice, have an abstract origin. The philosophical analysis of the origin of a concept’s abstraction is effective in understanding it and its rulings. The principle of justice in society indicates a reasonable structure in which everything is properly placed. Knowing the components of the structure of justice requires philosophical analysis. Using the analytical-descriptive method, this article investigates the components of justice by using a dichotomous division and, in some cases, mentioning important examples. The four main components include blessings, obstacles, specificities and commonalities. The component of charity includes types such as individual and public charity, which describes the system of human goals based on an anthropological viewpoint. Recognizing various obstacles to legitimate freedoms is effective in distinguishing justice from injustice. The component of specificity is also affected by things such as effort, need, relationship, merit, gift and alimony. Finally, the commonalities are divided into two types: natural and government services, which determine the geography of services based on needs and sector partnerships. Knowing the components of justice, along with knowing the standard of value, leads to the explanation of the principle of justice and the rules derived from it.

Abstract:
مفاهیم فلسفی همچون مفهوم عدالت، دارای منشأ انتزاع اند. تحلیل فلسفی منشأ انتزاع مفهوم، در شناخت دقیق آن و احکامش مؤثر است. اصل عدالت در حوزه‌ی اجتماع، بیانگر ساختار مناسبی است که در آن هر چیزی در جایگاه مناسبش قرار گیرد. شناخت مؤلفه های ساختار عدالت، نیازمند تحلیل فلسفی است. در این مقاله با روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی، مؤلفه های عدالت براساس تقسیم ثنایی و در مواردی با ذکر اهم مصادیق، تبیین شده است. چهار مؤلفه‌ی اصلی عبارت اند از: خیرات، موانع، اختصاصات و مشترکات. مؤلفه‌ی خیرات حاوی اقسامی چون خیرات فردی و عمومی است که براساس دیدگاه انسان شناسانه، منظومه‌ی اهداف انسان را بیان می کند. بازشناسی انواع موانع آزادی های مشروع، در شناخت عدالت از بی عدالتی مؤثر است. مؤلفه‌ی اختصاص ها نیز متأثر از اموری چون تلاش، نیاز، نسبت، شایستگی و مواردی چون هبه و نفقه است. نهایتاً مشترکات نیز به دو قسم طبیعی و خدمات دولتی تقسیم می شوند که خدمات دولتی براساس نیازمندی و مشارکت های بخشی، جغرافیای خدمات را تعیین می کند. شناخت مؤلفه های عدالت در کنار شناخت معیار ارزش، به تبیین اصل عدالت و قواعد منتزع از آن منتهی می شود.
