Feinberg is one of the philosophers of technology who tries to explain in the form of "critical theory of technology" the two characteristics of the value mechanism and how technology can be criticized. It has examined his theory according to the perspective of Islamic wisdom, because of his critical thinking and capacities in his philosophy of technology. First, his theory of instrument making is described by the documentary-library method and formulated in the form of a diagram according to this aim; then, by rational analytical method, the positions of interaction and its confrontation based on the principles of Islamic wisdom have been studied with emphasis on the works of Motahhari. Paying attention to the value and critique of technology and avoiding instrumental attitude, essentialism and social constructivism are some of the findings in the position of interaction. Some of the findings of this research in the opposite position differences in the pattern of optimal capture in nature as the most important power supply of technology and differences in the source of loaded values in the design stage of technical systems. This confrontation entails some consequential criticisms such as the return to the iron cage in the shadow of the absolute construction of values, the sanctify of values, and their reduction to environmental and engineering values.
