Today's question of the master of mysticism and culture is, should we seek to create and prosper practical mysticism in Iranian society? and why and how should this be achieved? Using three methods, analytical description, causal explanation, and functional explanation, this paper seeks to answer this question. First, the cultural world was defined as a coherent and intertwined structure of insights, attitudes, tendencies, and actions that reached the collective conscience and were manifested in social action. Then its layers, namely worldviews, personality and identity traits, motivating pulls, and pro-social actions, were explained. Then, the possibility of practical mysticism entering culture was proven from three aspects: then, the necessity of ensuring and guaranteeing a healthy, rational, spiritual life through behavioral teachings, and the necessity of introducing practical mysticism into Iran's cultural society were proven; Then, by explaining the compatibility of the teachings of ethics with the character layer of culture, the scope of the influence of ethics on culture was determined. Explaining the function of the science of conduct in culture, its place in the emergence of comprehensive social actions became clear. Finally, the method and strategy for institutionalizing behavioral traits in society and the tools and social platforms for promoting these traits were explained.
