Abstract The Islamization of the humanities, as an intellectual and civilizational necessity for the Islamic world, requires the development of precise and practical indicators. And ignoring this issue has led to a lack of awareness of the extent of activities carried out in this direction. This article, relying on the descriptive-analytical method and benefiting from the opinions of some researchers in the field of Islamic humanities, which were conducted in the form of interviews, aims to identify and explain the key indicators of this process. The aim of this research is to provide, based on these indicators, the possibility of systematically classifying works related to Islamic humanities that have been produced at the Imam Khomeini Educational and Research Institute (RA), and on the other hand, to facilitate content analysis and evaluation of works produced in this field. The final indicators extracted in this research can be presented in the following six axes; indicators related to foundations, goals, issues, methodology, structure and content, and indicators related to application and results.
