To achieve this end, we should frame some questions related to the philosophy of social sciences and pose them on this philosophical system so that we may achieve its denotations and implications based on transcendent philosophy. The present paper has used an analytical-argumentative method. Transcendent philosophy believes in an existence beyond humans understanding and the social world in question is the very semantic sphere which is attained by man through his substantial motion in the light of unity among knowledge, knower and object of knowledge. If this semantic sphere is identical to a monotheistic semantic sphere, then it will actualize the utopia during its course of development; otherwise, it will enter non-utopia societies into history. حکمت متعالیه در زمره‌ی گنجینه های اسلامی است که دلالت ها و لوازم فراوانی برای طرح ریزی فلسفه‌ی علوم اجتماعی دارد تا از این مسیر بتوان به تغییر در علوم اجتماعی نایل شد. هنگامی می توان به چنین هدفی دست یافت که پرسش هایی از سنخ فلسفه‌ی علوم اجتماعی طراحی کنیم و به این نظام حکمی عرضه داریم تا از این طریق دلالت ها و لوازم آن را بر مبنای حکمت متعالیه به دست آوریم. این پژوهش، از روش تحلیلی ـ برهانی سود جسته است. حکمت متعالیه،  هستی ای فراتر از فهم انسان باور دارد و جهان اجتماعی نیز همان سپهر معنایی است که انسان به واسطه‌ی حرکت جوهری در پرتو اتحاد علم و عالِم و معلوم، به آن سپهر معنایی دست می یابد. این سپهر معنایی اگر با نظام معنایی توحیدی هم سان باشد، جامعه‌ی فاضله را در تاریخ خود محقق می سازد؛ در غیر این صورت، جوامع غیرفاضله را وارد تاریخ ساخته است. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_15.pdf
