Along with the growth and development of computers and the institutionalization of zero-one mathematical logic, fundamental changes were made in the understanding of existence. The philosophy of social sciences looks at the relationship between social world, the logic of understanding it, and the fundamental changes from a philosophical perspective. Most of the research done so far on social explanation in the cyber world include new forms of explanation in the context of the cyber world as a new ontological foundation. In a general classification, the analysis of these results from a fundamental perspective introduces two approaches in this regard. First, approaches that follow a kind of reaction to modern methods of social explanation; second, methods that try to open new paths for the logic of social explanation in the cyber world, although, in the end, they have many gaps and defects in providing a comprehensive and coherent logical system in accordance with the fundamental changes. In general, all efforts to propose a new possibility of social science can be grouped in two broad categories. The descriptive-analytical method has been used in this research پرسش از معنای علم و منطق تبیین در علوم اجتماعی بحث بنیادینی است که با فهم کلان از هستی ارتباط مستقیم دارد. ملازم با رشد و گسترش رایانه ها و نهادینه شدن منطقِ ریاضیِ صفر ـ یک، تغییرات بنیادینی در فهم از هستی ایجاد شد. فلسفه علوم اجتماعی از منظری فلسفی به نسبت جهان اجتماعی و منطق فهم آن با این تغییرات بنیادین می نگرد. بسیاری از تحقیقاتی که تا کنون درباره تبیین اجتماعی در جهان سایبر انجام شده، صورت های جدیدی از تبیین در بستر جهان سایبر به مثابه یک بنیان هستی شناسی جدید است. تحلیل این نتایج از منظری بنیادین، در یک تقسیم بندی کلان دو جریان را معرفی می کند. اول رویکردهایی که نوعی ارتجاع به روش های مدرن تبیین اجتماعی را دنبال می کنند؛ دوم روش هایی که تلاش می کنند مسیرهای جدیدی را برای منطق تبیین اجتماعی در جهان سایبر فراروی بشر قرار دهند. هرچند نهایتاً در ارائه نظام منطقی جامع و منسجم متناسب با تغییرات بنیادین، خلأها و نقص های فراوانی دارند. در مجموع تمام تلاش ها برای طرح امکان جدیدی از علم اجتماعی در دو دسته کلان قابل بازیابی اند. بالطبع متناسب با مسئله و مسیر تحقیقی که پیش گرفته شده، روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2_47.pdf
