This study was conducted with a descriptive-analytical approach and based on documentary sources and statements by the Supreme Leader and Allama Misbah's students. Based on the findings, traits such as emotional stability, responsibility, religious commitment, courage, honesty, and deep thinking are prominent in his personality and have played a role as influential components in his intellectual and educational leadership. The analysis of his multiple existential dimensions shows that Misbah Yazdi, relying on religious rationality and moral refinement, has presented a lasting model of the connection of science, faith, and social action.The results of this research show that Allamah Misbah's personality traits had a fundamental impact not only on the cognitive and spiritual growth of his students, but also on strengthening the intellectual foundations of the Islamic Revolution and the continuity of religious discourse پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ابعاد و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی علامه آیت‌الله محمدتقی مصباح یزدی، به تحلیل جامع شخصیت علمی، دینی، اجتماعی و سیاسی ایشان بر پایه نظریه صفات مشخصه رهبری می‌پردازد. این مطالعه با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی و بر اساس منابع اسنادی و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری و شاگردان علامه مصباح انجام گرفته است. بر اساس یافته‌ها، صفاتی چون ثبات هیجانی، مسئولیت‌پذیری، تعهد دینی، شجاعت، صداقت، و اندیشه‌ورزی عمیق در شخصیت ایشان برجسته است و به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های اثرگذار در رهبری فکری و تربیتی وی نقش‌آفرینی کرده است. تحلیل ابعاد چندگانه وجودی ایشان نشان می‌دهد که مصباح یزدی با تکیه بر عقلانیت دینی و تهذیب اخلاقی، الگویی ماندگار از پیوند علم، ایمان و عمل اجتماعی ارائه کرده است. نتیجه این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ویژگی‌های شخصیتی علامه مصباح نه‌تنها در رشد معرفتی و معنوی شاگردان او، بلکه در تقویت بنیان‌های فکری انقلاب اسلامی و استمرار گفتمان دینی تأثیر بنیادین داشته است.
