This research seeks to answer the question of how virtual space can be organized using the principles of Al-Farabi's ideal city to move towards new civilization-building by providing a theoretical framework for desirable governance in virtual space based on Al-Farabi's thoughts. The Role of Virtual Space in Al-Farabi's Utopia: According to Al-Farabi's perspective, virtual space can serve as a tool for promoting justice, gaining a proper understanding of the past, and fostering hope in the face of objective realities within society. The Role of Imagination in Virtual Space: Al-Farabi considers imagination as an intermediary between sensory perception and rational understanding, which can play a significant role in conveying rational concepts to the general public. Governance in Virtual Space: Based on Al-Farabi's ideas, governance in virtual space should be founded on justice, the participation of various segments of society, and the reorganization of power structures within this space. New Civilization-Building: Virtual space can act as a tool for new civilization-building in the information age. This requires the establishment of technical and cultural infrastructures that align with utopian values and the active participation of elites and various segments of society in the production of digital content and services. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی جایگاه فضای مجازی در آرمان‌شهر فارابی، تحلیل نقش آن در شکل‌گیری تمدن نوین است. این پژوهش در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که چگونه می‌توان با استفاده از اصول مدینه فاضله فارابی، فضای مجازی را به گونه‌ای سازماندهی کردبرای حرکت به سمت تمدن‌سازی نوین با ارائه چارچوبی نظری برای حکمرانی مطلوب در فضای مجازی بر اساس اندیشه‌های فارابی است جایگاه فضای مجازی در آرمان‌شهر فارابی: بر اساس دیدگاه فارابی، فضای مجازی می‌تواند به عنوان ابزاری برای گسترش عدالت، شناخت درست از گذشته و امید به واقعیت‌های عینی در جامعه عمل کند. ا نقش خیال در فضای مجازی: فارابی خیال را به عنوان واسطه‌ای بین درک حسی و عقلی می‌داند که می‌تواند در انتقال مفاهیم معقول به عامه مردم نقش مهمی ایفا کند. حکمرانی فضای مجازی: بر اساس اندیشه فارابی، حکمرانی در فضای مجازی باید بر پایه عدالت، مشارکت اقشار مختلف جامعه و بازسازماندهی ساختارهای قدرت در این فضا استوار باشد. ا تمدن‌سازی نوین: فضای مجازی می‌تواند به عنوان ابزاری برای تمدن‌سازی نوین در عصر اطلاعات عمل کند. این امر مستلزم ایجاد زیرساخت‌های فنی و فرهنگی متناسب با ارزش‌های آرمان‌شهری و مشارکت فعال نخبگان و اقشار مختلف جامعه در تولید محتوا و خدمات دیجیتالی است.
