abstract = {One of the most important social teachings of Islam, which plays a central role in protecting values, controlling the environment, controlling dissonant wills and dealing with socio-cultural deviations with the model authority of Shari'a and rationality, is the duty of " enjoining the good and forbidding the evil"; a duty which, according to the narrations, its legal implementation in the sphere of collective life, guarantees its performance and performance of other religious duties and conversely, its closure leads to the weakening of the position of Shari'a and the closure of other provisions, at least in some levels. This paper seeks to reviews and analyzes the views and ideas of Allameh Mesbah Yazdi the contemporary thinker. The method is to analyze the content of the Allameh's statements, categorize them in a new structure, give a brief explanation of each axis, and highlight the specific aspects of this idea. Therefore, all the material is taken directly or indirectly from his words. },

abstract_fa ={یکی از آموزه های اجتماعی بسیار مهم اسلام که نقش کانونی در صیانت از ارزش ها، مراقبت و کنترل محیط، مهار اراده های ناهمسو و برخورد با انحرافات فرهنگی اجتماعی با مرجعیت الگویی شریعت و عقلانیت دارد، فریضه «امر به  معروف و نهی از منکر» است؛ فریضه ای که به بیان روایات، جریان یابی ضابطه مند آن در گستره حیات جمعی، اجرا و اقامه سایر فرایض دینی را تضمین می کند و متقابلاً تعطیلی آن، به تضعیف جایگاه شریعت و تعطیلی سایر احکام آن دست کم در برخی سطوح منجر می شود. این نوشتار سعی دارد آرا  و مواضع اندیشمند معاصر فقیه فقید استاد علامه مصباح یزدی را مورد بازخوانی و تحلیل قرار دهد. روش نوشتار، واکاوی محتوای بیانات استاد، مقوله بندی آنها در یک ساختار جدید، توضیح اجمالی هر محور و برجسته سازی وجوه اختصاصی این اندیشه است. ازاین رو همه مطالب منقول مستقیم و غیرمستقیم از سخنان ایشان برگرفته شده است.},
