Social philosophers in a formulation can be classified into three categories: individualistic, methodological collectivist, and integrated, each of which has substantiated their methodological claims. The main issue of this research is to examine the views of Ayatollah Mesbah in this formulation. The main question is: which of these three approaches is close to Ayatollah Mesbah's social ideas? Using a content analytical method this paper argues that despite the professor's defense of the individual's authenticity and denial of the true existence of society, his views can be formulated in an integrated approach. In other words, he organizes his theoretical reflections in the field of society and social phenomena through methodological individualism and collectivism. His anthropological principles about how society is formed and the role of will and authority in the development of personality, confirm the individualistic approach. But structural analyzes and the role of society in the flourishing of personality in his view show that he has adopted a holistic approach. مقوله روش شناسی از مسائل برجسته فلسفه علوم اجتماعی است و مسئله فردگرایی و جمع گرایی روش شناختی از جمله مسائل پرمناقشه این عرصه می باشد. فیلسوفان اجتماعی را در یک صورت بندی می توان در سه دسته فردگرایی و جمع گرایی روش شناختی و تلفیقی دسته بندی کرد که هریک، مدعیات روش شناختی خود را با شواهدی قرین ساخته اند. مسئله اصلی این پژوهش بررسی دیدگاه آیت الله مصباح در این صورت بندی است. پرسش اصلی این است که مطالعه اندیشه های اجتماعی آیت الله مصباح ما را به کدام یک از آن سه رویکرد رهنمون می سازد. این مقاله که با روش تحلیل محتوای آثار آیت الله مصباح سازمان یافته، بر این مدعاست که به رغم دفاع استاد از اصالت فرد و انکار وجود حقیقی جامعه، آرای ایشان را می توان در رویکرد تلفیقی صورت بندی نمود: به این معنا که ایشان از مسیر فردگرایی و جمع گرایی روش شناختی، تأملات نظری خود را در حوزه جامعه و پدیده های اجتماعی سازمان می دهد. مبادی انسان شناختی شکل گیری جامعه و نقش اراده و اختیار در تکوین شخصیت، مؤید رویکرد فردگرایانه است، اما تحلیل های ساختاری و نقش جامعه در شکوفایی شخصیت، شاهدی بر رویکرد کل گرایانه ایشان شمرده می شود. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1_37.pdf
