abstract = {Goffman is a twentieth-century social theorist who has long been regarded as a marginal figure in sociological theory. Using the tools that meta-theory provides to the researcher in the critique of theories, we analyze Goffman's theatrical theory. Goffman has a special place in sociological theory. On the one hand, he is considered a sociologist without general theories, outside the mainstream of theoretical thought and the creator of self-made and strange terms, and on the other hand, the connection of his thought with Durkheim, Simmel, the symbolic interaction paradigm and Ethnomethodology, and his effort to establish the sociology of everyday life makes him a special theorist. To create his theoretical point of view, he used many intellectual resources. This article provides a clear overview of Goffman's social theory (theatrical performance) with a transtheoretical perspective. The results show that Goffman's theatrical theory has good theoretical coherence.  },

abstract_fa ={گافمن یکی از نظریه پردازان اجتماعی نیمۀ دوم قرن بیستم است که مدت درازی به عنوان یک شخصیت حاشیه ای در نظریۀ جامعه شناسی به شمار می آمد. با استفاده از ابزاری که فرانظریه در نقد و بررسی نظریات در اختیار پژوهشگر می گذارد، به سراغ نطریۀ نمایشی گافمن حرکت کرده ایم. گافمن در عرصۀ نظریۀ جامعه شناسی موقعیت ویژه ای دارد. از سویی وی را جامعه شناسی فاقد نظریه ای کلی، تک رو، خارج از جریان اصلی تفکر نظری و مبدع اصطلاحات خودساخته و غریب می دانند و از سوی دیگر، پیوندهای اندیشۀ وی با دورکیم، زیمل، مکتب کنش متقابل نمادی و اتنومتدولوژی و تلاش وی برای بنیاد نهادن جامعه شناسی زندگی روزمره، او را به نظریه پردازی با موقعیت ویژه تبدیل می کند. وی برای خلق دیدگاه نظری اش، از منابع فکری بسیاری استفاده کرد. هدف اصلی این مقاله ارائۀ بینشی روشن از نظریۀ اجتماعی گافمن (نظریۀ نمایشی / (Theaterical performance با نگاهی بازاندیشانه و فرانظری است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که نظریۀ نمایشی گافمن از انسجام نظری خوبی برخوردار است.},
