abstract = {The issue of the intervention of values in the emergence of technology after the industrial revolution gradually became the focus of the philosophers of technology. Using an analytical- rational method, this paper studies this issue by analyzing the four causes and paying attention to the internal relationship of each of these causes with the others. It explains the privileged position of ultimate causality among the four causes, its requirements in the value of technical artifacts, and the distinction between the borders of the ontology of natural things and technical artifacts on the basis of the principles of Islamic philosophy. Research findings indicate that the presence of the ultimate cause in the emergence of technologies underlies the presence of human values in the ontological dimension of technologies. This, at the same time, raises questions about the value and ethics of technologies themselves. Human ideals, on the one hand, are formed under the influence of epistemological and non-epistemological foundations such as social contexts and needs and special interests and, on the other hand, lead to the formation of certain norms and requirements in the internal body of technologies. As an application and a part of technical system, human ideals require the formation of specific human behaviors and actions in line with their expected ends and functions.},

abstract_fa ={مسئله‌ی مداخله‌ی ارزش ها در پیدایش تکنولوژی پس از انقلاب صنعتی به تدریج در کانون توجه فیلسوفان تکنولوژی قرار گرفت. در مقاله‌ی پیش رو، مسئله‌ی مذکور به روش تحلیلی  ـ  عقلی و از راه تحلیل علل اربعه و توجه به ارتباط درونی هر یک از این علل با یکدیگر و تشریح جایگاه ممتاز علیت غایی در میان علل اربعه و الزامات آن در ارزش باری مصنوعات تکنیکی و تفکیک مرزهای هستی شناختی اشیای طبیعی از مصنوعات تکنیکی بر پایه‌ی مبانی حکمت اسلامی بررسی شده است. یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که حضور علت غایی در پیدایش تکنولوژی ها، زمینه ساز حضور ارزش های انسانی در بعد هستی شناختی تکنولوژی هاست. این امر هم زمان به طرح پرسش های ارزشی و اخلاقی درباره‌ی خود تکنولوژی ها می انجامد. غایات انسانی، از یک سو خود تحت تأثیر مبانی معرفتی و غیرمعرفتی همچون زمینه ها و نیازهای اجتماعی و منافع و علایق خاصی شکل می گیرند؛ از سویی دیگر به شکل گیری هنجارها و الزامات خاصی در پیکره‌ی درونی تکنولوژی ها می انجامد و از سوی سوم، در مقام کاربرد و به عنوان بخشی از نظام تکنیکی، مستلزم شکل گیری رفتارها و کنش های خاص انسانی همسو با غایات و کارکردهای متوقع از آنهاست. },
