This study analyzes the dimensions and components of the new Islamic civilization from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of Iran with its theoretical and analytical approach and documentary study. In order to achieve Islamic civilization, a process can be identified in which the formation of the Islamic system, the Islamic state and the Islamic community is the prelude to achieving a new Islamic civilization. According to this civilizational theory, the evolutionary movement of the Islamic Republic of Iran depends on a "civilizational approach" and the realization of important requirements and strategies that it is worthwhile for scientific and intellectual scholars to explain this scientific idea and to conduct applied research on how to use it. The findings of the study indicate that Islamic civilization is based on two dimensions of "perfection" and "comprehensiveness". The components of Islamic civilization perfection, unity, natural, legalism, rationality and extend knowledge, and its comprehensiveness components, on the components of systematization and modern human education, ask for justice, authoritarianism, a demand for autonomy idealism and create nation. فرهنگ و تمدن اسلامى، حاصل تلاش فکری و عملی نخبگان و اندیشمندان مسلمان و مفاخر جهان اسلام است که اینک ما وارث آن هستیم. این مقاله، با رویکرد نظری و تحلیلی و بررسی اسنادی، به واکاوی ابعاد و مؤلفه های تمدن نوین اسلامی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری می پردازد. برای دستیابى به تمدن اسلامی، فرایندی قابل شناسایى است که در آن تشکیل نظام اسلامى، دولت اسلامى و امت اسلامى، مقدمه‌ی دستیابى به تمدن نوین اسلامى است. بر اساس این نظریه تمدنى، حرکت تکاملى جمهوری اسلامى ایران در گرو «رویکرد تمدنی» و محقق ساختن الزامات مهم و راهبردهایی است که شایسته است نحبگان علمی و فکری به تبیین این اندیشه علمی پرداخته، درباره‌ی چگونگى کاربست آن، به پژوهش های کاربردی مبادرت ورزند. یافته های پژوهش، حاکی از این است که تمدن اسلامی بر دو بُعد «اتقان» و «جامعیت» استوار است. مؤلفه‌ی اتقان تمدن اسلامی، توحیدمحوری، فطرت محوری، قانون مداری، عقلانیت و دانش گستری و مؤلفه های جامعیت آن، بر مؤلفه های نظام سازی و تربیت نیروی انسانی، عدالت خواهی، آزادی خواهی و استقلال طلبی، آرامان گرایی و امت سازی مبتنی است. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/3_30.pdf
