abstract = {Islam has always been a justice-oriented and justice-promoting religion. It is clear that injustice in the society causes the oppressed in the community to be the main victims of the corruptions in governmental and administrative organizations, and this will shake their fundamental and doctrinal beliefs. The new components of financial supervision in Islam are as follows: a legitimate, open and accountable government, fighting corruption, and justice and development for all. This paper examines the components of new financial supervision in the governmental conduct of Amir al-Mu'minin Ali(pbuh), which has been organized by content analysis and the adaptation of the new components of financial supervision to the government of Imam Ali(pbuh), and seeks to prove their existence in the practical conduct of him.

abstract_fa ={اسلام همواره آیین عدالت محور و عدالت گستر بوده است. روشن است که بی عدالتی در جامعه موجب می شود که اولین ضربه کجروی ها در دستگاه های اداری و دولتی، بر مستضعفان جامعه وارد شود. این امر منجر به تزلزل ریشه های بنیادین اعتقادی ایشان خواهد شد؛ مؤلفه های جدید نظارت مالی در اسلام عبارتند از: دولت قانون مدار، باز و پاسخگو، مبارزه با فساد، دستیابی به عدالت و توسعه برای همگان. این مقاله به بررسی مؤلفه های نظارت نوین مالی در سیرة حکومتی امیرالمؤمنین علیعلیه السلام می پردازد که با روش تحلیل محتوایی و تطبیق مؤلفه های نوین نظارت مالی با عملکرد حضرت علیعلیه السلام سامان یافته است و به دنبال اثبات وجود آنها در شیوه کاربردی آن حضرت می باشد.},
