In different periods, scientists have had different theoretical and practical experiences with native or extrinsic approaches. The present research deals with the practical and theoretical encounter of Allameh Majlesi, late Naini and Imam Khomeini with the three traditionalist, fundamentalist and governmental approaches in the three different periods of Safavid, Qajar and Pahlavi. This research has been conducted by using the fundamental methodology approach and the historical -analytical method in two axes of epistemic and non-epistemic factors. The findings of the research indicate that all the mentioned three approaches are similar in regarding illegitimate the above-mentioned governments, adopting positive approaches for elimination of an evil by a worse evil. However, relatively different jurisprudential capacities of the three types of reformist, critical, revolutionary fiqhs have had different consequences in epistemic, social and political areas. فرهنگ شیعی حاکم بر ایران، در دوره های تاریخی متفاوت و نامشروع دانستن حکومت های استبدادی مبتنی بر ایل یا حمایت های استعماری، موجب گسست دولت و ملت بوده است. دانشمندان در دوره های متفاوت، تجربه های عملی و نظری متفاوتی را با رویکردهای بومی یا برون زا رقم زده اند. مواجهه عملی و نظری علامه مجلسی، مرحوم نائینی و امام خمینی ره، با سه رویکرد اخباری، اصولی و حکومتی در سه دوره‌ی متفاوت صفویه، قاجار و پهلوی، مسئله‌ی این پژوهش است. این پژوهش، با رویکرد روش شناختی بنیادین و روش تحلیلی تاریخی، در دو محور عوامل معرفتی و غیرمعرفتی، مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفته است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که هر سه رویکرد فوق، در نامشروع دانستن حکومت های فوق و اتخاذ رویکردهای ایجابی، از باب دفع افسد به فاسد اشتراک دارند. اما ظرفیت های فقهی نسبتاً متفاوت سه مدل فقه اصلاحی، انتقادی، انقلابی و پیامدهای متفاوتی در عرصه های معرفتی، اجتماعی و سیاسی به دنبال داشته است. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/3_28.pdf
