abstract = {The social sciences are organized on the basis of some epistemological foundations in which anthropology plays a central role. Hence, as the central implication of anthropology, innate nature assumes more importance in this knowledge. Understanding nature and its reflections in various fields of social science can help us in acquiring social knowledge. This paper reviews the reflection of innate nature in the area of social lawfulness and its requirements as one of the major subjects in social sciences, and answers this question: how can social lawfulness and its requirements be analyzed in social sciences on the basis of nature? This question has been studied using the rational -analytical method, and the relation between the theory of innate nature and its theoretical implications in social sciences is explained based on the fundamental methodology. The results show that on the basis of innate nature, it is possible to demonstrate the contribution of different societies and cultures in social lawfulness. Moreover, the possibility of presenting a unified theoretical model in explaining social phenomena, providing a universal value system and the possibility of value judgments between different cultures can be explained.

abstract_fa ={علوم اجتماعی بر پایه برخی مبانی معرفتی سازمان می گیرد که انسان شناسی نقش محوری در آن دارد. ازاین رو، فطرت به عنوان دال مرکزی انسان شناسی، در این دانش اهمیت دوچندان پیدا می کند. شناخت فطرت و بازتاب های آن، در حوزه های گوناگون علم اجتماعی، می تواند در کسب شناخت اجتماعی راهگشا باشد. این نوشتار، بازتاب فطرت را در مقوله قانونمندی اجتماعی و لوازم آن، به عنوان یکی از مسائل مهم علوم اجتماعی بازخوانی می کند و به این پرسش پاسخ می دهد که بر اساس فطرت، چگونه می توان قانونمندی اجتماعی و لوازم آن را در علم اجتماعی تحلیل نمود؟ این مسئله، با روش تحلیلی منطقی پیگیری شده و بر اساس روش شناسی بنیادین، رابطه‌ی نظریه‌ی فطرت و دلالت های نظری آن، در علم اجتماعی تبیین گردیده و نشان داده شده که بر اساس فطرت، می توان اشتراک جوامع و فرهنگ های مختلف، در قانونمندی اجتماعی را اثبات نمود، همچنین امکان ارائه الگوی نظری واحد در تبیین پدیده های اجتماعی و ارائه نظام ارزشی جهانی و نیز امکان داوری ارزشی بین فرهنگ های مختلف را تبیین کرد.},
