abstract = {Man has always experienced intercultural communication, but today it has become one of the distinctive features of social life and has raised many questions for man. Addressing these questions makes it easy to manage communication in multicultural environments. Relying on written sources and using the documentary - descriptive methods, this research addresses the most important issues in the field of intercultural communication. The research findings show that in addition to defining intercultural communication, which is seriously disputed in terms of scope and examples, the criterion of interculturality, cultural differences, cultural intelligence, mutual understanding, misunderstanding and perception of the "other" are some of the most important issues playing a role in the success and failure of intercultural communication. These issues are especially highlighted when viewed from an Islamic and normative perspective. The Islamic approach differs with the common view, in particular in terms of interculturality, cultural difference, cultural change, perceptions of the other, and the homelessness state of mind; that is, the problmaticalness of some intercultural issues results from the normative view. The significance of this study lies in this point.

abstract_fa ={ارتباطات میان فرهنگی، اگرچه همزاد بشر است، اما امروزه به یکی از مشخصه های بارز حیات اجتماعی مبدل گشته و پرسش های فراوانی را برای بشر امروز مطرح ساخته است که توجه به آنها، مدیریت ارتباط در محیط های چندفرهنگی را تسهیل می کند. این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی مهم ترین مسائل عرصه ارتباطات میان فرهنگی و با تکیه بر منابع مکتوب و روش توصیفی اسنادی، به مسئله شناسی در این خصوص می پردازد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد علاوه بر تعریف ارتباطات میان فرهنگی، که از نظر گستره و مصادیق مورد اختلاف جدی است، ملاک میان فرهنگیت، تفاوت های فرهنگی، هوش فرهنگی، درک متقابل و سوء تفاهم و تلقی از «دیگری»، پاره ای از مهم ترین مسائلی است که موفقیت و ناکامی ارتباطات میان فرهنگی به آنها وابسته است. این مسائل، به ویژه هنگامی برجسته می شوند که از نگاه اسلامی و هنجاری مورد بررسی قرار گیرند. رویکرد اسلامی، به ویژه در ملاک میان فرهنگیت، تفاوت فرهنگی، تغییر فرهنگی، تلقی از دیگری و بی خانمانی ذهن، با نگاه های رایج متفاوت است؛ یعنی مسئله بودن پاره ای از موضوعات میان فرهنگی، ناشی از نگاه هنجاری است. ویژگی این پژوهش نیز در همین نکته نهفته است.},
