abstract = {In modern time, the concept of "time" is considered as a non-innate and acquisitive matter, which causes unity and plurality. Kant considers time as a physical-mathematical matter, but Hegel considers it as a spiritual- historical one. Weber proposed a new meaning for the time to illustrate the identity of social science. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this paper, discuss the identity of time and the nature of social science from Weber's point of view. The findings of the research show that, the science's bound is always reality which is a single and individual whole, not a universal matter. The reality, realizes based on a historical metamorphosis process; and insufficient conditions. The reality is the moment that the social forms and phase with thoughts and ideas are linked together by a selective proximity, and some matters, due to the relevance value, become significant for the modern man, whose effect is the spirit of capitalism

abstract_fa ={مفهوم «زمان» در فضای مدرن، به صورت امرِ غیرفطری و اکتسابی مطرح می شود که موجب وحدت و کثرت امور می شود. زمان از نظر کانت، به معنای زمان فیزیکی – ریاضی، در نظر هگل به معنای زمان روحی – تاریخی مطرح است. وبر نیز معنای جدیدی از زمان را برای ترسیم هویت علم اجتماعی مطرح نمود. در این مقاله، بحث از هویت زمانِ وبری و ماهیت علم اجتماعی در پرتو آن، مدنظر قرار گرفته است. روش این پژوهش، توصیفی – تحلیلی است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که: متعلق علم هماره واقعیت است؛ و واقعیت کل منفرد و شخصی بوده و امر جهان شمول نیست. واقعیت بر اساس فرایند تحول تاریخی؛ و در شرایط کافی تحقق یافته است. واقعیت، لحظه ای است که به واسطه قرابت گزینشی، بین اموری همچون اَشکال و صورت ها اجتماعی با افکار و ایده ها به همدیگر پیوند یافته، پاره ای از امور به واسطه ربط ارزشی برای انسان مدرن معنادار می شوند که معلول آن، روح سرمایه داری است.},
