abstract = {The teachings of legal guidance, which have been sent down to help mankind achieve true happiness, have as broad a scope as all the voluntary actions of man, and any society can find true happiness through following these teachings. Demographic policymaking is one of the examples of man’s voluntary behaviors and its relationship with the teachings of legal guidance must be properly explored, so that in light of it, we can keep safe from trial and errors in materialistic demographic policies. Relying on such teachings, we believe the best demographic policy is the one that is in perfect harmony with the teachings of the divine legislative guidance and is developed to increase the Muslim population. This type of demographic policy is supported by God’s existential and legal will and its implementation satisfies man’s material and spiritual needs in the best way. It also overcomes the various social challenges facing population growth or minimize them as much as possible.

abstract_fa ={آموزه های هدایت تشریعی، که برای رساندن بشر به ساحل امن سعادت نازل شده اند، قلمروی به گستره همة افعال اختیاری انسان داشته و هر جامعه ای تنها با پیروی از این آموزه ها، به سعادت حقیقی نائل می شود. سیاست گذاری جمعیتی، یکی از مصادیق رفتار اختیاری انسان است که باید رابطه آن را با مجموعه تعالیم هدایت تشریعی به  درستی کشف کرد تا در پرتو آن، از آزمون  و خطاهای سیاست های مادی گرایانه جمعیتی در امان ماند. با تکیه  بر آموزه ها، معتقدیم بهترین سیاست  جمعیتی، سیاستی است که در هماهنگی کامل با مجموعه آموزه های هدایت تشریعی الهی و برای افزایش جمعیت مسلمیانان تدوین شود. این نوع از سیاست جمعیتی، علاوه بر آنکه از پشتوانه اراده تکوینی و تشریعی خداوند برخوردار است، اجرای آن نیازهای مادی و معنوی انسان را به بهترین شکل پاسخ داده، چالش های گوناگون اجتماعی فراروی افزایش جمعیت را برطرف نموده یا به حداقل ممکن می رساند.},
