Because the realm of development, is the wider arena of communication of these two things and social capital is the most important factor of development, this paper seeks to explore the relationship between culture and development in the sphere of social capital. Social capital is based on man’s one-to-one and contractual relationships in society and it is closely connected to the culture of society. On the other hand, culture is influenced by the extent of development of society, and it changes in line with the substructures, developments and communications. The research findings show that the main indicators of social capital are: trust, and cooperation, being under the influence of the religious beliefs, values, and cultural norms of society and effects on their deep structure and consistency. Therefore, progress and development require considering the importance of culture and its role in preparing the ground for social interactions. تأثیر و تأثر فرهنگ و اقتصاد مقوله مهمی است که همواره از سوی صاحب نظران و دانشمندان علم اقتصاد و علوم اجتماعی مورد ملاحظه بوده، تعاریف ارائه شده از هر یک، در تبیین رابطه آنها مدخلیت دارد. ازآنجاکه حوزة توسعه وسیع ترین حوزه ارتباطی این دو امر و سرمایة اجتماعی، به عنوان مهم ترین عامل توسعه قلمداد می گردد، هدف این نوشتار بازپژوهی ترابط فرهنگ و توسعه، بر محور سرمایه اجتماعی است. سرمایة اجتماعی مبتنی بر روابط و رفتارهای تعاملاتی انسان ها در درون جامعه بوده، وابستگی شدیدی نسبت به فرهنگ حاکم بر جامعه دارد. از سوی دیگر، فرهنگ نیز متأثر از میزان توسعه و پیشرفت جامعه بوده و با توجه به زیرساخت ها و پیشرفت ها و ارتباطات دچار تحول می گردد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که شاخص های مهم سرمایه اجتماعی؛ اعتماد، مشارکت و همیاری، متأثر از عقاید، باورها، ارزش ها و هنجارهای فرهنگی جامعه و تأثیرگذار بر عمق و استحکام آنها می باشد. ازاین رو، پیشرفت و توسعه مستلزم توجه به اهمیت مقوله فرهنگ و نقش آن در ایجاد بستر مناسب تعاملات اجتماعی است. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1_5.pdf
