This research usus a "descriptive" method and a practical approach .The survey sample consists of 2925 teachers who teach in the high schools in Qom for the year 1393-1394.The measurement technique is a valid and reliable questionnaire designed by the researcher, and the results were analyzed through using descriptive and inferential statistics. The major findings of this study indicate: 1. According to the teachers, among the four strategies effective for fostering the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom at schools, the educational strategies are the most effective (mean: 4.21), and the research strategies are least effective(mean:2). 2. Demographically, no significant difference (p <0 /05) is detected in the respondents' views. این پ&zwj;ژوه&zwj;ش، با هدف بررسی راه کارهای مؤثر نهادینه سازی فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در مدارس از نظر دبیران دوره‌ی متوسطه‌ی شهر قم صورت پذیرفته است. روش پژوهش &laquo;توصیفی&raquo; از نوع پیمایشی و رویکرد آن نیز کاربردی است. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل دبیران دوره‌ی متوسطه‌ی شهر قم (2925 نفر) بوده که در سال 1393-1394 مشغول به تدریس بودند. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسش نامه‌ی محقق ساخته روا و پایا بوده و نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی بررسی و تحلیل شد. ع&zwj;م&zwj;ده &nbsp;ت&zwj;ری&zwj;ن &nbsp;یافته های پ&zwj;ژوه&zwj;ش &nbsp;بیانگر آن است که: 1. از نظر دبیران، در میان راه کارهای چهارگانه‌ی مؤثر بر نهادینه سازی فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در مدارس، راه کارهای آموزشی با میانگین 21/4 بیشترین، و راه کارهای پژوهشی با میانگین 2 کمترین تأثیر را دارند. 2. در بیشتر سؤالات بین نظرات پاسخ گویان از لحاظ عوامل جمعیت شناسی تفاوت معناداری در سطح 05/0 &lt; p ملاحظه نمی شود. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2_3.pdf
