In order to put an end to the empire of hermeneutic theories on the one hand, and structuralism and functionalism on the other hand structural theory intends to offer a more adequate explanation in this area. Given the pivotal role of epistemic principles in social theories, this paper attempts to localize the humanities through an analytical library-based method and investigate the methodology of the foregoing theory from the perspective of Islamic philosophy. The study reaches the conclusion that the theory of structuration emancipates the social sciences from the claws of extremism and holistic and individualistic methodologies concerning the relationship between agency and structure. However, because it does not take a realistic position on such issues like existence, man and knowledge, it cannot serve as a perfect solution. Key words: methodology, agency and structure, Transcendent Theosophy, Giddens.   چگونگی رابطه‌ی عاملیت و ساختار، معضل اساسی علوم اجتماعی است. نظریه‌ی ساخت یابی با هدف پایان  دادن به  امپراطوری نظریه های هرمنوتیکی از یک سو و ساختارگرایی و کارکردگرایی از سوی دیگر، در نظر دارد تبیینی کفایتمندتر در این زمینه ارائه دهد. در راستای هدف بومی سازی علوم انسانی و با توجه به محوریت مبانی معرفتی در نظریه های اجتماعی، این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی ـ  اسنادی در پی روش شناسی نظریه‌ی مزبور از منظر حکمت اسلامی است. پژوهش حاضر به این نتیجه رهنمون می شود که اگر چه نظریه‌ی ساخت یابی، علوم اجتماعی را از چنگال افراط و تفریط گرایی کل گرایی روش شناختی و فردگرایی روش شناختی در باب رابطه‌ی عاملیت و ساختار نجات می دهد، به  دلیل عدم اتخاذ موضع واقع بیانه درباره‌ی هستی، انسان و معرفت نمی تواند راه حل اساسی به شمار آید. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6.pdf
