abstract = {Since the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Iranophobia has been sown throughout Muslim and non-Muslim states and nations by the enemies of Iran’s Islamic revolution. The main question of this study is: what cultural policy should be adopted in order to deal with Iranophobia policy at an international level? Using an explanatory- descriptive approach, this paper concludes that, a cultural diplomacy can be used as a solution in which cultural measures are taken to show a good picture of the reality of one country to other countries as an attempt to face Iranophobia at an international level. Thematic analysis of the supreme leader's statements shows that the main content which ought to be made known to nations in the process of cultural diplomacy is"introducing Iran", and introducing the world to revolutionary Iran and cultural Iran.

abstract_fa ={از بدو پيدايي انقلاب اسلامي ايران، ايران‌هراسي به‌مثابه نوعي ايران‌ستيزي، از سوي دشمنان انقلاب اسلامي ايران در گسترة دولت‌ها و ملت‌هاي مسلمان و غيرمسلمان در حال انجام است. پرسش اصلي اين تحقيق آن است كه براي مقابله با سياست ايران‌هراسي در سطح ملت‌ها، چه سياست فرهنگي‌اي را بايد در پيش گرفت؟ بنا بر يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق كه با رويكرد توصيفي تبييني انجام ‌گرفته است، براي مقابله با ايران‌هراسي در گسترة ملت‌ها، ديپلماسي فرهنگي گزينة مطلوب است كه در آن كوشش مي‌شود با استفاده از ابزارهاي فرهنگي، تصويري مثبت از واقعيت يك كشور براي مردم ديگر كشورها ترسيم شود. تحليل مضمون بيانات رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي نشان مي‌دهد مضمون فراگيري كه بايد در فرايند ديپلماسي فرهنگي به ملت‌ها منتقل شود، «معرفي ايران» است كه در ذيل آن مضامين سازمان‌دهندة معرفي ايران اسلامي، معرفي ايران انقلابي و معرفي ايران فرهنگي قرار مي‌گيرد.},
