This concept has undergone many changes in the West, and it is still a source of ambiguity, and based on various principles and historical contexts, it has several interpretations. Given the importance of this concept in the religious literature of the Islamic Republic, considerable attention should be given to it. Therefore, explaining the development process of the concept of culture in France, Germany, Great Britain and Russia, this paper, through a historical method, seeks to modify the concept of culture within the context of transcendental philosophy which is regarded as the theoretical basis of the Islamic Revolution and its leaders' view. This task has been accomplished on the basis of a rational argument. According to this viewpoint, through their unity collectively with the degrees of existence and manifesting these meanings in their behaviors and decorum, people create the culture which represents a retrograde step of meaning to common understanding and shared behaviors and social actions. چنان که برخی گفته اند، مفهوم «فرهنگ»، یکی از دشوارترین و در عین حال مهم ترین مفاهیم علوم انسانی است. این مفهوم، در غرب مسیری پرفراز و نشیب را پیموده و همچنان با ابهاماتی روبه روست، و مبتنی بر مبانی و زمینه های تاریخی گوناگون، برداشت های متعددی از آن صورت می گیرد. با توجه به اهمیت این مفهوم در ادبیات دینی جمهوری اسلامی، تأمل و تدقیق در آن ضروری به نظر می رسد. از این رو، در این مقاله پس از تبیین شکل گیری مفهوم فرهنگ در فرانسه، آلمان، بریتانیا و روسیه، با روشی تاریخی، به بازسازی آن در فضای حکمت متعالیه که به اعتباری مبنای نظری انقلاب اسلامی و رهبران آن است؛ پرداخته ایم. این کار از طریق برهان منطقی صورت پذیرفته است. از این نگاه، انسان ها از طریق اتحاد با مراتب مجرد هستی، به صورت جمعی؛ و تجلی دادن آن معانی در رفتار و آداب خود، فرهنگ را شکل می دهند که همان صورت تنزل‎یافته معنا به عرصه‌ی فهم عمومی و رفتارهای مشترک و کنش‎های اجتماعی است. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1_0.pdf
