Using a documentary method and delving into Martyr Motahhari’s view, the present paper seeks to provide a model of a kind of progress which conforms with the current conditions of the discourse of the Islamic Revolution and point out its features briefly. Martyr Motahhari’s view on progress is scrutinized and a kind of discourse including two epistemic and practical dimensions is recognized, which has to do with the power of science (specially the social and human sciences) and models of social subsystems (i.e. politics, economy, education and family) respectively. Furthermore, the correlation between knowledge and religion on the one hand and between assimilation of culture and religion on the other hand have a pivotal role in the progress of society and creating Islamic civilization. هدف انقلاب اسلامی ایران برای رسیدن به تمدنی متعالی، نیازمند بهره گیری از مدل پیشرفتی است که در آن مؤلفه های دین، علم، فرهنگ و تمدن با یکدیگر معاضدت داشته باشند. این مقاله با  روش تحقیق اسنادی و با استعانت از دیدگاه شهید مطهری، تلاش می کند تا مدلی از پیشرفت را متناسب با شرایط کنونی گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی استخراج  کرده و مختصات آن را به اجمال معرفی نماید. با تدقیق در مسئله‌ی پیشرفت در شهید مطهری، گونه ای از مسئله‌ی گفتمانی مشتمل بر دو بُعد شناختی و عملی هویدا می شود که به ترتیب مرتبط با قوت علم (به ویژه علوم انسانی اجتماعی) و الگوهایی از خرده نظامات اجتماعی (یعنی سیاست، اقتصاد، تعلیم و تربیت و خانواده) می باشند. همچنین ترابط میان علم و دین از یک سو و میان فرهنگ سازی و دین از سوی دیگر، نقشی محوری در پیشرفت جامعه و شکل گیری تمدن اسلامی دارد. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2005644.pdf
