abstract = {"Frankfurt" School with (the "critical" theory as its main basis) is part of an intellectual movement called "western Marxism", which developed under certain conditions in an attempt to provide new interpretations for Marx's theory about capitalist societies and criticize modern society and different epistemic systems such as positivism. Defining the "critical" theory and social and theoretical (epistemic) conditions of its formation and expouding its ontology, epistemology, anthropology and methodology, the present paper seeks to investigate and evaluate the theoretical (philosophical) principles of this theory by taking into consideration the first generation of its famous theorists (such as Horkheimer, Adorno, Marcuse, Fromm).

abstract_fa ={مکتب «فرانکفورت» (نظریه‌ی «انتقادی» به عنوان مبنای اصلی آن) بخشی از یک جنبش فکری، موسوم به «مارکسیسم غربی» و برآمده از شرایط خاصی است که در پی تفاسیر مجدّد از نظریه‌ی مارکس درباره جوامع سرمایه داری و انتقاد از جامعه‌ی نوین و نظام های گوناگون معرفتی مانند اثبات گرایی است. در این نوشته، تلاش بر آن است که ضمن معرفی نظریه‌ی «انتقادی» و زمینه های اجتماعی و نظری (معرفتی) شکل گیری آن، به مبانی نظری (فلسفی) این نظریه با توجه به نسل اول نظریه پردازان مشهور آن (همچون هورکهایمر، آدورنو، مارکوزه و فروم) بپردازد و ضمن توضیح هستی شناسی، معرفت شناسی، انسان شناسی و روش شناسی آن، به بررسی و ارزیابی مبانی آن همت گمارد.},
