According to his method, a historical and social behavior must be felt from inside, an ideal mental-conceptual construct must be used to make visible important and meaningful categories, and the behavior must be tested by empirical tools. Weber accelerated the formation of a historical look at knowledge in the thought of thinkers after him (from Winch to Heidegger) by regarding knowledge as something historical. Although Weber's view is relative and skeptic, the idea that we must take into consideration the meanings of social phenomena and behaviors can be used along with revelation, intellect, inspired transmission and recognition of metaphysical foundations to provide a correct and realistic explanation for social behaviors and phenomena. : این پژوهش به روش «اسنادی»، ضمن تبیین اجمالی آراء و روش شناسی ماکس وبر، درصدد است به شکل روش شناسی بنیادین، با استخراج زمینه های فردی و اجتماعی، مبانی هستی شناختی، انسان شناختی، معرفت شناختی و افراد تأثیرگذار در شکل گیری اندیشه‌ی ماکس وبر، به ارزیابی انتقادی آن بپردازد.            در روش وی، عمل تاریخی و اجتماعی را باید از درون احساس کرد و برای آشکار شدن مؤلّفه های مهم و معنادار، از یک ساخته‌ی مفهومی ذهنی آرمانی، استفاده نمود و با ابزار تجربی آن را مورد آزمون قرار داد. وبر با تاریخی دانستن معرفت، شکل گیری نگاه تاریخی به معرفت را در اندیشه های پس از خود، از وینچ تا هایدگر سرعت بخشید.            با وجود نسبی بودن و سر از شکاکیت درآوردن اندیشه‌ی وبر، این ایده که باید به معانی رفتارها و پدیده های اجتماعی هم توجه کرد، به ضمیمه‌ی وحی، عقل، نقل و بازشناسی بنیان های متافیزیکی، می توان تبیینی درست و واقع بینانه از رفتارها و پدیده های اجتماعی ارائه داد. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/10138.pdf
