Governments as the main players in the implementation of policy-making try to put macro-cultural policies into action and implement them by formulating strategic policies. Therefore, the output of this process is an appropriate parameter to demonstrate governments' attitude in the field of culture. The main question is: regarding this attitude, how are religious elements represented? Taking into consideration the model of balanced evaluation of policies, we can use a scientific method to find the answer. The method used in this paper is based on Michel Foucault's constructivist approach and Michael Halliday's functionalist approach. The researcher claims that intellectual principles of constructivism of discourses can be demonstrated by linguistic mechanisms. Finally, this paper analyzes the element of speech in the movie "Ekhrajiha 2" by using this method which is called "the method of power analysis". : ترویج عناصر دینی یکی از اصول اولیه‌ی سیاست فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. دولت ها به مثابه‌ی اصلی ترین بازیگران عرصه‌ی اجرای سیاست گذاری، تلاش می کنند تا از طریق تدوین سیاست های راهبردی، سیاست های کلان فرهنگی را عملیاتی و اجرا کنند. ازاین رو، برون داد این فرایند، شاخص مناسبی برای آشکارسازی نگرش دولت ها در حوزه‌ی فرهنگ است. مسئله‌ی اصلی که مطرح می شود این است که با توجه به این نگرش، عناصر دینی چگونه بازنمایی می شوند؟ بدین منظور، می توان با توجه به الگوی ارزیابی متوازن سیاست ها، از روش علمی استفاده کرد. روشی که در اینجا به کار گرفته می شود، روشی است مبتنی بر رویکرد برساخت گرای میشل فوکو و رویکرد نقش گرای مایکل هلیدی. طبق مدعای تحقیق، از طریق سازوکارهای زبان شناختی، می توان مبانی فکری برساخته‌ی گفتمان ها را آشکار ساخت. در نهایت، با استفاده از این روش، که در این مقاله با عنوان «روش تحلیل قدرت» ارائه می گردد، عنصر گفتار در فیلم سینمایی اخراجی ها 2 بررسی می شود. https://marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatefarhangi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2002508.pdf
